How long will my order take to arrive?
3-7 Days depending on location and time of the year.
How can I track my order?
WhatsApp updates will be provided on the status of your order. A tracking link via the courier will be provided for shipping details.
Do you ship internationally?
While we currently serve the South African market exclusively, we look forward to expanding our reach as we grow.
What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure secure transactions, we currently process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when payment reflects in out accounts.
What's your return policy?
All return requests must be submitted through our contact form within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
* Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
* All factory seals must remain intact.
* Items must be in new, unused condition without any damage.
* All original tags and labels must remain attached.
* Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
What if my items arrive damaged?
We're sorry your order arrived damaged. Our quality assurance team takes this seriously. Please provide complete a contact form with the following details and we will start the replacement or refund process within 24 hours of receiving this information
* Clear photos of the damaged items. (To be attached later in the email thread).

* Order number.
* Date of delivery.
* Refund or replacement preference
* Brief description of issue.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Order modifications and cancellations with full refunds are available until your package enters our shipping process. You'll receive a WhatsApp notifications at every phase of your order, giving you a final opportunity to make any changes.
